Founding Partner of Ainsley Advisory Group, a healthcare AI advisory firm supporting a broad portfolio of venture-backed technology companies on go-to-market strategy, enterprise deployment, and health system adoption. Former Chief AI Officer and Chief Medical Information Officer for Kaiser Permanente's Washington, D.C. region, where she led large-scale AI deployments and digital innovation initiatives.
Dr. MacLean founded the Permanente AI Center of Excellence, advised on Kaiser Permanente's first national AI strategy, and served as a member of Kaiser Permanente Ventures. She serves as Senior Medical Advisor to Rad AI, is an Entrepreneur in Residence at Yale University, and a Harvard-trained neuroradiologist who remains in clinical practice.
Dennis A. Cardoza is a former Democratic U.S. Representative from California's Central Valley (2003–2012). Mr. Cardoza previously served as a member of the California Legislature and was Mayor Pro Temp of his hometown City Council. From 2014 to 2026 he also served as Federal Government Solutions Group Chairman at Foley & Lardner LLP, where he advised clients on all aspects of business and government policy, including federal, state and local regulatory strategy, and public affairs. During his tenure in Congress, he served in House leadership and was deeply involved in the drafting and passage of the Affordable Care Act; positioning him as a pragmatic Democratic voice on healthcare financing and access, particularly for rural and low‑income communities.
